On 5 October 2025 Kathryn Bigelow, the director of A House of Dynamite took part in a Q&A at the BFI Southbank alongside her lead actors Rebecca Ferguson and Tracy Letts. The movie is a claustrophobic nightmare, a multi person point of view horror showcasing the US chain of command as they deal with the unthinkable – a nuclear attack on the United States. Featuring Idris Elba as the US president and Jared Harris as the Defence Secretary the movie is an anxiety attack on celluloid featuring a stunning cast operating at the top of their game.
